State Polls

Rasmussen Reports has a few state polls out this morning that have Sen. McCain doing well in states Sen. John Kerry carried in ‘04. He leads both Democrats marginally in Michigan and New Jersey and leads Sen. Clinton by a few in my home state of Washington, which has not given her electoral votes to a Republican nominee for President since President Reagan in ‘84. He trails Sen. Obama by five in this poll.
In Virginia, Sen. McCain has substantial leads over both Democratic senators in a state Democrats hope will be competitive this election cycle.
